from ldom 2.1 one can assign full core and memory block to ldom

• ldom add-core cid=cid,cid    ,... ldom (  set-core, rm-core)
• ldom add-mem mblock=PA-start:size, PAstart:size   ldom (set-mem, rm-mem)

 one can also set the physical-bindings constraint to core, memory
